At Conversation Technology our
library of designs allows us to design and manufacture
a device that fits your needs exactly, quickly and at low
cost.
Our devices are available in all commonly
used bands. VHF, UHF, 900 MHZ ISM and 2.4 GHz ISM. We are
currently working on extremely low power 802.11B solutions. No
matter what your need we have a solution for you.
The
system controller, data logging and wire line communication
functions can be integrated into your data radio. This results
in a highly integrated device. The overall cost,
power consumption, and size are all lower while performance is
higher. We have designs that integrate the data radio with
Ehternet, RS-232, RS-485, relay closures and data logging
functions.
Our devices have transmit powers from
milliWatts to 10 Watts. To minimize power consumption and
to reduce interference the output power on our devices is
software controllable. Our devices can transmit many miles
with a simple omni directional antenna.
Our designs
offer the highest data rates at costs that are a
fraction of the costs of off the shelf devices.
With a
custom design you only use the components that you need and
usually have a much tighter integration between the controller
and the radio segments. All this results in the device being
the smallest size possible.
We ensure that your
entire device passes FCC certification and is ready to
be deployed.
Our software allows YOU to
customize the device to your needs. All our designs have a
boot loader feature allowing you to change to code. They can
be upgraded in the field thus lowering operating costs. We
provide the development system and system libraries enabling
you to develop your own customized
software.
Modern micro controllers and RF chips
are highly integrated and deliver previously unheard of
performance. Our use of latest technology allows our low power
devices to achieve performance previously available only in
bulky high end systems.
The packaging can
be customized to fit your
application. Whether you need
a metal enclosure with external heat sinks for heat
dissipation, small rugged unit or a potted unit for
marine applications we can provide it.
We will provide
you with a production ready design or can
manufacture the units for you. If a large production
volume is needed our partners in Asia can make it for you cost
effectively. For smaller runs the devices can be cost
effectively made here in the US.
